I recently placed my order, how long does it take to be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be prepared. You will receive a tracking number when your shipping label has been printed, please allow up to 48 hrs for your tracking status to update.

 

Wholesale availability

All of my items listed are available for wholesale pricing. Please message me for wholesale pricing and shipping details.

 

Custom and personalized orders

Stickers are available for custom/personalization when purchasing 10 or more. Unfortunately, I do not make single custom AirPod cases. I will only do it if you are interested in purchasing in bulk, such as more than 200 items.

 

Can I return an item?

Yes, I will gladly accept the return as long as the item is not damaged.

The buyer must return it to me at their expense.
The item must arrive to my return destination within 21 days after it was originally delivered to the buyer.
I will issue a refund when I receive the item in the condition it was sent.

Please keep in mind that if you paid for shipping when you placed your order the original shipping costs are non-refundable due to the shipping label being used.
