Shipping Policy

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number. 

All purchases are shipped by USPS. We offer First Class Shipping with Tracking No Insurance. It is recommended that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. You are given the option to select to sign for package upon delivery at checkout, this helps prevent lost or stolen packages. If you choose not to buy insurance or sign upon delivery and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.

Lost/ Stolen Packages

Con Huevos Mex is NOT responsible for packages that get lost, stolen or disposed of by the courier. The customer will be receiving email and SMS updates on their package (if signed up for during checkout), therefore the customer has updates on when the package is out for delivery. In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with USPS. For more help on the matter please contact USPS

 

Pre-Orders

If you placed an order for a Pre-Order item, Item may still be under production and will be shipped to you as soon as they are finished. Pre-orders allow for our customers to reserve new products. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the product for product to be shipped. Once a product is shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email or phone number you entered during checkout.

 

Address Corrections. 

To request an address change or correction you must let us know as soon as the order is placed. We will do our best to make the correction before the shipping label is created. If the address needs to be changed and the product has been shipped, it is the customers responsibility to contact USPS directly in attempt to change the address.

 

Free Shipping Promos

Con Huevos Mex offers free shipping on certain orders above a quantity. Free shipping is standard shipping with tracking number, the customer is given the option to sign for the package upon delivery at checkout. If the customer chooses opt-out of signing for delivery, and the package is lost or stolen Con Huevos Mex is NOT responsible.
